My Dearest,There are words I've tried to say a hundred times and somehow always fall short. So I wrote them here — because you deserve to hold them, to read them on a quiet night, to know them by heart.
This past year with you has been the most extraordinary ordinary life I've ever lived. The Tuesday evenings. The shared playlists. The inside jokes that make no sense to anyone but us. Those are my favourite things in the world.
You have this quiet way of making everything better just by being in it. A hard day softens the moment I hear your voice. A room brightens the moment you walk in. I don't think you fully understand what you do to the world around you — or to me.
